02. Setting Goals

Now that you've explored different robotics jobs, we'd like to ask you to set some career goals. These goals can change tomorrow or six months from now. This reflection exercise will help remind you why you're in this program. It will also help you reflect on your interest in robotics, which will help you when you are applying to a job and speaking to others at a networking event.

Interest in Robotics

QUESTION:

What are your long-term goals in learning robotics? If an employer asked you today why you were taking this Nanodegree program, what would you say?

ANSWER:

Thank you for reflecting on your interests! An employer will always ask you about your interest in the field, so being sure of why you like robotics will help you answer that question.
